Saturday August 6th, 7pm: Howard Norman will read from What is Left the Daughter (2010), which is set in Nova Scotia during and after the Second World War, and his forthcoming novel, Next Life Might Be Kinder, set in and around Port Medway.

Saturday August 20th, 7pm Margaret Atwood will read from The Year of the Flood, which expands on Oryx and Crake’s storylines and characters. This event is sold out.

Sunday August 21st, 2pm Graeme Gibson will read from A Bedside Book of Beasts; a Wildlife Miscellany, a compilation of artwork of and literature about predators.
